Division viol after Barak Norman 1690. Made by Devin Hough, Davis California in 2001. Figured blonde yellow colour wood with decorative purfling and carved head. Such a pretty instrument and absolutely lovely sound since the wood has matured over the last 20 years. A few very cosmetic small dents in "normal" edge and one tiny chip on left bout where the viol rests on your leg which can all be easily glossed. Currently strung with the synthetic F-Red series strings as I wanted to try them for playing at 440 in changing temperatures. (Top D string will be replaced). Comes with polystyrene case seen in photo and a David Van Edwards bow.
